Many teachers complain of Consciousness Raising Approach to teaching of Grammar especially when it comes to low achieving students. Thank you for taking the trouble to help us understand and test this approach in our classes. However, teaching grammar, especially with lower achievers / beginners in low classes, is supposed to be more communicatively than any other method for the simple reason that nowadays learners are no longer good readers with some exceptions of course.
