As it’s called “the North Bride” , Tangier city hosted on Thursday April the 24th 2014 the works of the Third International Forum for Ancient Cities “Medinas” , under a theme : “Patrimony , Opportunities and Challenges of Sustainable Development” .
The event, which lasts for three days, is organized by the Mediterranean Network for Medinas with partnership of local state establishments. About 32 countries took part in the forum in addition to international experts and organizations.
In his speech in this occasion, Charki Adhriss , the Minister Delegate to the interior Minister, affirmed the interior ministry ‘s commitment to promote all initiatives which aims to preserve the Medians for they are cultural legacy , a memory and common patrimony for all humanity.
