The President of Ivorycoast, Mr Alassane Ouattara, stated that the Moroccan position “ is amongst the African Union because the Moroccan kingdom is able to give a lot to Africa and to the African work”.
“ Morocco is considered as one of the founders of the African unity organization and it’s respected all over the world” he stated to the Moroccan press .
Mr Ouattara added that several African leaders agreed to start initiatives so that Morocco would rejoin this organization .
The Ivorian president said “ Morocco is a big country, it can offer a lot to the African work through its experience and diplomacy”
As he considers, on other hand, that the visit of his majesty the king Mohamed the 6th to his country as a proof of respect and confidence to this country which got lately out of a hard crisis .
