A Spanish citizen declared his conversion to Islam at Hassan II mosque in Nador .

At Hassan II mosque in Nador , after the Friday prayer , in a solemn atmosphere and among large number of present prayers, a Spanish citizen at age of 44 declared his conversion to Islam .  He chose a new name to himself as “Yusuf”,  after he was named “Jose Maria” .

Before The Spanish citizen declared the Shahada, Professor Mr Mimoun Brissoul, the Friday orator (Khateeb) , gave a brief speech in which he pointed out that Islam calls for tolerance  and moderation …

Then, the Spanish citizen recited his Shahada, which is the first pillar of Islam, declaring his conversion to the religion of guidance . After that, crowds of the prayers started to congratulate the new revert in an atmospheres full of joy.
