Casablanca – HM King Mohammed VI and visiting Senegalese president, Macky Sall, chaired this Friday at the Royal palace of Casablanca the signing ceremony of a package of agreements and conventions.
The agreements provide for cooperation between the two countries’ economic, social and environment councils, cooperation in Islamic affairs, cooperation in tourism, a memorandum of understanding in maritime transport, economic partnership between the two countries employers’ associations, cooperation between the Moroccan and Senegalese deposit funds and partnership between acquaculture agencies of the two countries.
The agreements and conventions are part of the multi-form strategic partnership linking the two countries and illustrate the will of the African heads of state to promote bilateral cooperation to meet expectations of the two people.
