The inspector opened the study day with a keynote speech on the importance of teacher’s CPD. In turn, teachers from different schools in the region had to present different topic areas for discussion. It was really an inspiring moment for all participants to get insight into their own daily practice. Exchanging experience added too much value and flavor to this remarkable event. It was a new opportunity for all the participants to requestion and redress the many misconceptions they hold on teaching.
The study day was concluded with the following recommendations:
Get connected with peers in the region
Organise meetings locally
Create a teacher online platform
Take part in continuous trainings
Pay visits to Bouarfa Access center whenever possible
