The video below, released by Aljazeera Channel, is about a breathtaking story of a very remarkable Moroccan surgeon and his remarkable deeds vis-à-vis poor patients who lack the means to pay for a high price heart operation. As it is known, Professor Mohamed Laaroussi is a very distinctive Moroccan cardiac surgeon at Ibn Sina hospital in Rabat. So far, he managed to perform 250 operations for the needy and poor people for free. And according to that report, professor Laaroussi is seeking to increase the number of the free operations beyond 300 ones. Indeed, it is rarely a common trait among surgeons to burden themselves with those very needy people who can not afford the expenses of a hearth operation which sometimes reach 200 thousands Dirhams.
Anyway, the Moroccan surgeon has spent the last twenty-five years in that field thinking of expanding this humanitarian action far abroad. In this regard, He carried out about 30 surgery operations in Mauritania. Besides, He’s looking forward to continue on this noble job in other African countries.
